Free Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping across the lower 48 states on all orders! There is no minimum cart size required.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii and or outside the US we would be happy to help with the associated shipping fees. Just give us a call at 1.800.347.2291 or email us at email@example.com, and we will come up with a custom quote to get you on your way with your new solar gear.
Delivery to rural areas, special orders, & Truck Freight shipments may take extra days to arrive and may have extra fees.
Plug and Play Solar reserves the right to cancel this policy at any time.
After your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. This email means we have received your order and start fulfilling the shipment. If it is something we don't regularly stock we will reach out to our suppliers and have it sent straight to you. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will give you a call immediately to resolve the ordering issue.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship we will follow up via email with the corresponding tracking number.
Most orders will be shipped by FedEx or GSO.
International Orders require special processing. When you place an international order, it will require extra fees, due to transit, duties, and tariffs. We will calculate shipping and let you know the total price. At which point you can proceed with the order or cancel.
UPON DELIVERY ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED. VISIBLY DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. If any damage is noticed, note the damage on the freight bill. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Keep the original packaging for all the items needing return. We will issue a return number, at which point the items can be shipped back.
If the items are damaged and delivered by Freight, contact the number on the bill of delivery immediately. After contacting the freight company, call our customer service at 1.800.347.2291. Please note that by signing for your delivery you accept it in its current condition. Plug and Play Solar cannot be held responsible for any damage, missing equipment, functionality, etc. after the shipment is signed for. If you authorize no signature delivery, Plug and Play Solar cannot be held responsible for any damage, missing equipment, functionality, etc. that occurred during shipping. Plug and Play Solar and our partners work with professionals to ensure items are properly packed for the journey ahead. If damage does occur we will work hard to aid in resolving the issue.
Cancellations & Refunds:
To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process it as soon as we can. If your order hasn't shipped the is no penalty. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order.
How do I return a product?
If you want to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of used products. You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for returning an item.
